Yes. I work with organizations across the U.S. Most projects start with virtual strategy sessions, and I travel as needed for site visits, stakeholder meetings and key milestones.


I'm not a feasibility study firm, but I'm often the bridge between the vision and the people who have to operate it.  I help you clarify the concept, sport mix, programming model, operating plan, revenue strategy, and partner alignment so you are ready for a feasibility study (or ready to get more value from one). If you already have a feasibility team, I can complement them by translating the results into an operator-ready plan and action steps.


That's common.  We can start with a focused "clarity and momentum" package that gives you a prioritized roadmap, a simple revenue and sponsorship approach, and a 30-60-90 day action plan.  The goal is to help you make smart early decisions, avoid expensive missteps, and build confidence with partners and donors before you commit to bigger costs.
