My experience
I have over 15 years of management experience, with a focus on sports development and sports facility management. I have been involved in the sports industry for over 25 years, and have specifically managed sports facilities for 13 years. During my career, I have had the opportunity to be a part of opening multiple multimillion dollar facilities. In these roles, I was responsible for developing the programming and procedures necessary to successfully operate the facility.
My approach
Customer services is a top priority for me. I am dedicated to providing excellent service to facility users and ensuring their satisfaction. I believe in creating positive sports environments, where our youth can develop and grow no matter their skill , age, or economic level. Communication and interpersonal skills are essential in my role. I am committed to continuous learning and professional development in the field of sports management. I stay up to date with industry trends and best practices to ensure I am providing the highest level of service and expertise in my role.
MY mission
My mission is about allowing kids to be a part of something bigger than themselves. Engaging in sports empowers our youth, providing them with essential life skills that will serve them well in the future.
